Our printing equipment includes flexographic, sheetfed offset, letterpress, silkscreen and digital presses. We combine these manufacturing capabilities with rigorous attention to quality and scheduling to ensure we fully meet customer expectations on every job.

Pre-press
Our full-service pre-press department has extensive proofing and art services. We accommodate virtually all digital file formats and offer a range of proofing options, including contract quality digital proofs, large format proofs, and laminated proofs. Our digital presses provide the additional advantage of outputting proofs on the final stock.

Sheetfed Offset Printing
Our sheetfed offset presses print up to nine colors with in-line perfecting capabilities and aqueous, UV, or hybrid coatings.

Digital Printing
Our digital print centers have full-service digital printing, die-cutting, and finishing capabilities, which are ideal for quick turns on short runs and for variable data customization, such as serialization or personalization of text and graphics.

Our digital presses feature state-of-the art digital technology for small to large format printing on a wide selection of substrates, including paper, paperboard, vinyl, static cling, plastic, and light adhesive. We have the flexibility to print up to ten colors, with four-over-four colors or four process colors and four spot colors.

Flexographic Printing
Our flexographic pressses are capable of printing cartons up to eight colors and labels up to ten colors. Coating capabilities for cartons and labels include both aqueous and UV coatings.

Hybrid Technology
Recognizing industry trends toward more frequent, smaller-sized orders, Multi Packaging Solutions has developed a hybrid approach to manufacturing. This approach combines flexographic, digital, offset, and rotary letterpress printing to achieve the graphic results desired for any project. We have a number of forms presses that are capable of printing forms in-line with a combination of offset and flexo printing in up to four colors. We can also print labels using a combination of flexo and silkscreen printing.
