Earth-Friendly Products:

Research and Development:
Our research and development efforts are focused on engineering products which use sustainable materials while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and durability.
We are exploring alternative materials for traditionally plastic products including paper and paperboard substitutes, synthetic substrates made from mineral ore, biodegradable plastics made from potato and corn resins rather than petroleum, and recycled plastics. We are also looking towards the future with hybrid materials and are joining with suppliers in recycling programs.

Our manufacturing team stands behind the principle of “Recycle, Reduce, Reuse” and employs lean manufacturing methods to reconfigure plant layouts and workflows to reduce waste and energy consumption. We reinforce our commitment to sustainability with earth-friendly inks, coatings, and adhesives, and with recycling programs in our manufacturing facilities.
Furthering our commitment to the environment is FSC certification to ensure the integrity of the supply chain for products made from sustainably managed and harvested forests.
Green Technologies:
Our in-line FoilCast and ClearCast technologies raise the bar on quality and creativity for foiling and coatings while generating less waste, reducing energy consumption, and reducing materials usage. Our digital printing process uses little or no water, reduces film, plate, and make-ready waste, and lowers air emissions.
