New York NY:  Multi Packaging Solutions, a leader in value-added print and packaging for the branded consumer and healthcare markets, brings authenticity to Paramount Studio’s theatrical release of Noah with real wood packaging.

The collectable package, available exclusively at Target, was manufactured using a hardwood veneer backed with a thin film laminated directly to paperboard.  Graphics were designed to create a rustic wood grain effect consistent with the sensibility of the film.

NEW YORK - July 10, 2014 - Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS), a leader in value-added print and packaging for the branded consumer, cosmetics, healthcare, premium drinks, and entertainment markets has acquired Armstrong Packaging, a UK producer of specialty rigid boxes.

The acquisition expands the company’s global platform for luxury packaging, gift sets, travel retail, and commemorative editions.

New York, NY:  In February 2014, Chesapeake and Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS) merged to form a leading global packaging business.  Since then, we have given much consideration to the name and branding of the dynamic new entity.

After reviewing a wide range of options, we have decided to unify the company under the Multi Packaging Solutions name, supported by the exciting new logo above.  All existing Chesapeake locations along with Cartondruck, Jet and IPS will adopt the Multi Packaging Solutions name over the coming months.

MPS Bristol has produced a range of labels for Roosters Brewery, Knaresborough which have helped secure two awards at the recent Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) ceremony, held in Sheffield. The brewery beat its rivals to scoop ‘highly commended’ in the ‘Best Range of Bottle Labels’ and ‘Best Total Design Concept’ categories.

Over the years, MPS Bristol has developed its services to the independent brewery market, building a large client base and a coveted reputation for quality and innovation.

(“MPS”) announced today that it is seeking consent to proposed amendments, as revised by new proposed amendments, to certain provisions of the indenture (the “Indenture”) governing its 8.500% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”), as well as an increased consent fee as set forth below.  The new proposed amendments are in addition to and supplement the proposed amendments in the previously announced consent solicitation related to the Notes.
